Asia Digital Engineering (ADE) received two major honours at the MAIA President’s Award 2026, recognising its continued commitment to leadership, talent development and excellence within Malaysia’s aerospace and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry. ADE was awarded the Leadership Competencies and Development Award for its efforts in developing strong leaders, empowering its workforce and building world-class aerospace talent. ADE CEO Mahesh Kumar also received the Aerospace Premiership Award, recognising his leadership, innovation and contributions to the aerospace industry. Presented by the Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA), the awards celebrate organisations and individuals demonstrating excellence across the sector. The recognition reinforces ADE’s commitment to developing skilled local talent, strengthening Malaysia’s MRO capabilities and supporting the country’s ambition to become a leading aerospace and aviation maintenance hub in the region.
