This project required managing strict Philippine Free Trade Zone permit windows, synchronising outbound logistics with ongoing MRO disassembly and handling high-value, time-critical assets including two unserviceable PW1100 engines—all coordinated remotely from Singapore. Our approach combined proactive permit planning, structured remote management and local execution with regional oversight to ensure compliant, on-time delivery aligned with AerFin’s requirements.
